This course was developed to train leasing agents how to file the necessary documentation for a lease. The course was designed to be replicable so that it could be used among multiple apartment complexes.

This course was designed to train Doulas how to recognize ways to provide emotional support for pregnant women prior to labor and in labor to reduce the stress upon the woman and the child. The information for this course came from DONA International and a certified Doula who served as the subject matter expert.

This course was designed to change the behaviors of employees. The course was to raise awareness of employees to unconscious biases that exist in the workplace. It follows a specific storyboard and follows the exact specifications for a potential client. Peer feedback and collaboration was a big part of this project.
